   statstittical model to test whether there is a correlation between the disease progression and the marker values, it will answer the question if we have a marker value can we know the stage of the disease? Also when we found some good markers we will use their observations to see if a given treatment has slowed the progression of the disease. the main idean come from a family of Markov model.
